Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Must have 1 year of experience in the following skills:
• Experience with budget management, long-range facility planning, and capital project management.
• Experience in a similar multi-site corporate, manufacturing, or commercial environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing comprehensive preventative maintenance programs.
• Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Employer: Amazon.com Services LLC Position: Manager III, Facilities - AMZ23897.3 Location: Arlington, VA Multiple Positions Available: - Leading maintenance and engineering launch operations for Amazon's first next-generation Fulfillment Center in North America, directing comprehensive maintenance and automation systems implementation. - Managing multi-disciplinary teams to establish facility-wide maintenance standards and protocols. - Developing and implementing network-wide maintenance processes including first applications of new commissioning and qualification procedures. - Spearheading innovative solutions including AI-powered tools for maintenance qualification processes adopted across Amazon's network. - Responsible for end-to-end maintenance project execution, including pillar structuring, equipment validation, and team leadership. - Overseeing critical infrastructure improvements including design validations and change request implementations for enhanced operational efficiency. - Establishing new generation standards based on successful implementations for future Amazon FC launches network-wide. - Managing comprehensive documentation and training strategies for new generation FC building equipment. - Leading cross-functional collaboration to optimize FC design and operations while ensuring alignment with new standards and requirements. - Providing strategic leadership in complex problem-solving and decision-making, while mentoring other managers in launch operations and maintenance management.
