About the role We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Law on a 1â€'year fixedâ€'term contract, with a primary focus on teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The successful applicant will be expected to teach and act as module tutor, including leading on, at least six of the following eight modules: Family Law Medical Law Company Law Law and Ethics in International Business and Corporate Governance Foundations of Law and Employability (firstâ€'year academic skills module) English Legal System Tort Law Lawyers' Skills In addition to teaching and module leadership, the postâ€'holder will contribute to the wider academic and student experience. This will include duties typically associated with a lecturer role, such as dissertation supervision, participation in student recruitment and outreach activities, involvement in induction activities, and contribution to extraâ€'curricular and employabilityâ€'focused activities.
