Housekeeping Manager: Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of housekeeping operations across the park.
• Lead a team of 11 including a Team Leader
• Coordinating housekeeping, public area and laundry operations
• Managing rosters, labour and productivity to meet operational demands
• Ensuring high presentation standards across all accommodation and facilities
• Monitoring guest feedback and driving improvements in service delivery
• Leading, coaching and developing your team to perform at their best
• You'll work closely with Front Office, Maintenance and the broader leadership team to ensure the park is always guest-ready and running smoothly

Requirements

• You're an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager who:
• Thrives in a large scale, fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Has strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Is confident leading and developing a hands-on team
• Understands labour, productivity and operational efficiency
• Brings a genuine passion for guest experience and service standards
• Most importantly, you lead by example, stay calm under pressure and know how to bring a team together to get the job done.
