  • Qualifications & Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, UKG and Oracle preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
