Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Influence: Build trusted relationships with mid-to-senior client stakeholders. Facilitate discussions, challenge assumptions, and shape decision-making throughinsight-led conversations. Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to add value.
• Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead and mentor Consultants and junior team members. Delegate effectively, provide structured feedback, and foster a high-performing team environment. Act as a role model for consulting excellence, professionalism, and ownership.
• Business Development Support: Contribute to client proposal and pitch materials by developing strong narratives and relevant insights. Support creation of thought leadership, reusable assets, and methodologies. Identify potential follow-on opportunities within ongoing engagements.
• Subject Matter Development: Build strong expertise in key domains such as insurance, operations, or transformation. Become a trusted subject matter expert within project teams and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.
• Key Requirements
• Consulting & Analytical Skills: Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights. Strong conceptualisation, modelling, and storytelling capabilities
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement abilities, including communication, moderation, facilitation, and presentation; experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Project & Teamwork: Ability to lead small teams or workstreams independently, with strong project planning and coordination skills. Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in diverse, international team environments.
• AI Literacy: Proficiency in the responsible use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT), the ability to design effective prompt and workflows, integrate AI into daily consulting tasks, and use AI to enhance deliverable quality.
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, creative, self-driven, and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
