In this opportunity as Senior HR Manager , Poland you will: Serve as the key People function point of contact for the Gdansk site (450 employees) , Warsaw (15 Employees)and represent HR in local leadership and relevant forums. Strong knowledge of Polish labour law, European employment legislation, and local employment practices including works council engagement where applicable. Experience managing complex ER cases, investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters, performance issues, and organizational change. Strong stakeholder management experience in a multinational, matrixed environment. Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional HR partners including Legal, Compliance, Rewards, TA, and HR Operations. Strong case management, documentation, reporting, and process improvement experience. Experience using HR technology, automation, AI tools, or workflow improvements is preferred. For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 178,500 PLN - 331,500 PLN.
