Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical execution actions
- Lead technology project management activities, including program submission and approval, budget and value tracking, implementation, and project closure
- Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Omni, and Global Business Services to understand business needs and pain-points- and provide technical solutions
- Coordinate across technical delivery team - including data engineering, data architecture, data science, AI/ML Ops, and software engineering -- to drive delivery of committed business requirements
- Manage an assigned portfolio of SaaS applications, ensuring technical health, security, and lifecycle requirements are implemented and maintained
Requirements
- You bring a blend of technical depth, project discipline, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You are comfortable working across business and technical teams, translating requirements into action, and staying organized and proactive in a rapidly evolving environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT and/or data and analytics, ideally within a large Fortune 500 organization
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of data and analytics processes, data product development methodologies, and platforms; such as, Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau
- Experience with consumer insights and voice-of-customer tech and tools, ie. Talkwalker, Nichefire, Yogi, Salesforce, and Profitero
- Hands-on experience with workflow management tools; ie. Monday.com, Airtable, JIRA
- Technical project management and vendor management experience is a must
- Interest in and proven learning agility with emerging Agentic AI capabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to listen, understand and synthesize business needs and translate requirements into technical architecture,
