Responsibilities
- Provide legal support for day-to-day operations of Experian Consumer Services (ECS), a $1.7B+ business serving 80M+ consumer members
- Advise on a broad range of legal matters across financial wellness, credit education, and identity protection products
- Assess and interpret existing and emerging laws and regulations, including financial services, consumer protection, and data privacy

- Serve as a subject matter expert on the evolving legal and regulatory landscape impacting digital consumer financial services
- Partner closely with business leaders, general managers, and cross-functional teams to provide proactive, solution-oriented legal guidance
- Contribute to a high-impact team focused on delivering financial empowerment and innovation
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience in a large law firm and/or in-house setting
- Experience with financial services and FinTech regulations and/or transactions
- The highest standards and diligence in handling legal matters
- Experience in handling matters for highly regulated industries
- Experience developing practical strategies for complex business issues
- JD degree and license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions
