About the role

The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) leads the nation's effort to protect the United States from terrorism by integrating, analyzing and sharing information to drive whole-of-government action and achieve our national CT objectives. Minimum Requirements: Expert experience as a first and second line supervisor. Expert experience in analysis of numerous, complex, and diverse biometric data sets to provide direct operational, engineering, and analytical support focused on providing fused, integrated biometric intelligence support to TIDE customers and the greater IC. Superior ability to remain openminded and change judgments on the basis of new information and requirements, perform multiple tasks and change focus quickly as demands change, and support group decisions and solicit opinions from coworkers. Expert ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Desired Requirements: Expert knowledge of terrorist identities, compilation, and dissemination, coupled with extensive knowledge of associated databases and identity targeting processes. Superior ability to negotiate resources to support program and projects to include demonstrated ability to hire and retain subject matter expertise to support and grow the i2 biometric screening mission Expert knowledge of Intelligence, Defense, Law Enforcement and Homeland Security I2 systems and knowledge of current and anticipated future I2 needs Expert ability to utilize a variety of biometric tools
