Position Summary The Client Program Manager is a senior, client‑facing role responsible for governance, integration, and delivery alignment across Tax and Regulatory programs in Latin America. The role serves as the primary coordination and governance partner for clients during complex Tax and Regulatory programs. This position operates as a strategic coordination and risk‑management layer, bridging commitments and operational execution, with a strong focus on regulatory change, cross‑functional orchestration, and executive‑level communication-ensuring transparency, predictability, and risk‑aware execution across ERP products. The role acts as an integration layer across Project Management, Delivery, Sales, and Support teams, proactively managing risks, aligning expectations, and maintaining client engagement for tax and regulatory deliveries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Client Governance & Engagement Serve as the primary client coordination lead for Tax & Regulatory programs. Lead structured status meetings, governance forums, and executive checkpoints. Ensure clients understand scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks. Proactively manage expectations and support executive‑level communications when needed. Program Integration & Cross‑Functional Coordination Act as the integration point across Project Management, Business Analysis, Development (SAP / Oracle EBS), QA, Support (L4 and AMS), Environment Services, Sales, and Professional Services. Ensure internal alignment before external commitments are made. Coordinate resolution of cross‑team dependencies and delivery blockers. Maintain visibility across project phases, replication waves, and client prioritization. Deeply understands the TLR changes and helps engaging in pre-sales and other consultations with clients as the clients prepare for transition on their side. Support product development and additional business opportunities. Risk Management & Escalation Control Identify delivery and client risks early and drive mitigation plans. Reduce escalations through proactive communication and structured issue management. Support critical incident coordination when required. Participate in strategic client discussions including prepare and deliver webinars where regulatory change impacts delivery or commercial positioning. Visibility & Reporting Maintain structured visibility into project progress, client health, and delivery risks. Provide concise executive‑level updates for regional and global stakeholders as required. Design and maintain Client Engagement Health Dashboard in consultation with senior leadership. Required Qualifications Experience in a client‑facing role within complex delivery or implementation environments Experience working with ERP platforms (SAP and/or Oracle EBS preferred) Exposure to tax, regulatory, or compliance programs-especially within Brazil or LATAM-is a strong plus Ability to work effectively in matrixed, multinational organizations Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures Fluent Portuguese and English required; Spanish is a plus Location Remote Brazil
