This position works closely with the head coach to foster a positive student-athlete experience while promoting academic success, personal growth, and competitive excellence. Duties/Responsibilities: Player Development (50%) Coach and develop student-athletes in individual and team skill development Assist with position-specific instruction during practices and games Film and Game Planning (25%) Assist in practice planning and implementation Analyze opponents and contribute to scouting reports and game strategy Support film breakdown and performance analysis Recruiting (25%) Identify and evaluate prospective student athletes Build and maintain relationships with recruits, families, coaches, and club programs Communicate with prospective students throughout the recruiting process
