About the role

As Product Manager for Listings, you will own one of the most critical domains at Uberall. Our core mission is to bridge the gap between businesses and their customers by ensuring their digital presence is accurate, consistent, and optimised across the globe. You will be responsible for managing and evolving 60+ integrations with global platforms like Google, Apple, Facebook, and Bing - and for keeping that ecosystem healthy as partner requirements, data standards, and market expectations continue to evolve. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences the success of thousands of brands. You will navigate the complexity of a mature SaaS platform, lead the full product lifecycle from deep technical discovery to global rollout, and report to the Group Product Manager for Listings & Locations with real ownership over your domain.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end product ownership. Lead the entire product lifecycle for the Listings domain - defining the product vision, and executing a roadmap with a focus on long-term scalability rather than quick fixes.
  • Integration strategy and API management. Manage the health and expansion of our 60+ partner integrations. You will dive into API documentation, test endpoints, and ensure our data pipelines are robust and compliant with partner requirements.
  • Customer-centric discovery. Act as the voice of the customer. Conduct regular interviews, lead feedback sessions, and run concept tests with key clients to validate that your roadmap solves real-world challenges.
  • Agile execution. Own the backlog and prioritisation process. Translate complex requirements into clear user stories and work closely with engineering to manage sprints and navigate technical trade-offs.
  • Data-driven decision making. Define and track success through rigorous metrics. Monitor product health, adoption rates, and integration performance - and use those insights to justify prioritisation and report progress to stakeholders.
  • AI integration. Leverage AI tools daily to optimise your workflow, and explore AI-driven features within the Listings product to automate data mapping, improve matching accuracy, and enhance the user experience.
  • Global collaboration. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams across EMEA, LATAM, and North America in a remote-first environment.
  • Your profile
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with meaningful depth in a core product area - you've stayed long enough to see the long-term impact of your decisions.
  • Clear, effective communication. You know how to ask the right questions, simplify complex technical topics for different audiences, and stay concise in a remote work environment. Strong English is required.
  • Analytical rigour. You understand how product decisions move the needle on KPIs like churn, NRR, and adoption - and you use data to defend your priorities, not just describe them.
  • AI fluency. You don't just know about AI - you use it. You apply AI tools to your daily workflow and ideally have experience thinking through AI-enhanced product features.
  • Research and discovery skills. Beyond customer calls, you are skilled in competitive analysis, market trend monitoring, and data mining to identify the next opportunity for our Listings ecosystem.
