- Regular contact with FleetManager/Director, Superintendent, Technical Executive, Procurement team agents,shipyards, ship owners, consultants, prospective customers, etc.
- Contributeto give priorities to the sales team in order to optimize sales work accordingto the company's marketing plan and strategy
- Contributewith input in order to maintain and optimize product range in accordance withthe market requirements
- Enter into contractsto the best attainable conditions in the market
- Participate in public relations activitiesin collaboration with the marketingdirector and marketing coordinatorfor the group
- Contribute to exhibitions, fairs,demonstrations, etc.
- Registerorders in accordance withlatest work instructions
- Duringinternal contract review, help to ensure that productsare ordered as accurately as possible
- Contributeto gather marketintelligence to keep the company up to date on market position, prices, competitive conditions, etc.
- Participate in the development of sales planand sales budget in cooperation with Head Of Sales / Managing Director or anyperson appointed to be in charge of sales
- Draft, enforce and advise on sales policies and processes
- Personal qualities and skills
- Minimum 3-year experience in sales, prior experience in marine, offshore &/or oil & gas industries will be an added advantage
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulations
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
