  • Support both business unit objectives and individual performance goals as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in science or a medical-related field; advanced qualifications in marketing, pharmacy, or a related area are highly desirable.
  • Over 8 years of sales or marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry, ideally within the aesthetic market.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and negotiation expertise.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for engaging a diverse customer base.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
