Responsibilities
- Sales Operations & Strategy: Design, build, and continuously optimise the acquisition engine -from lead generation frameworks and sales playbooks to pipeline management and conversion tracking.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage and develop a team of field sales agents (Market Managers) across APAC markets, setting clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experiencein sales leadership, sales operations, or business operations - ideally within a marketplace, platform, or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing and developing field sales teams, with the ability to lead across multiple markets simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to diagnose performance, build dashboards, and drive decisions. Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and BItools is a plus.
- Deep understanding of sales operations - pipeline management, conversion optimisation, territory planning, and performance frameworks.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator, with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in marketplace across APAC and / or EMEA markets to manage stakeholders across regions.
