As an Operations Excellence Analyst, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting the day-to-day operations of our production facilities by assisting with data analysis, process improvement, and system support. Working as part of the Operational Excellence team, the role helps ensure that our operational sites run efficiently and safely, while building foundational knowledge in Production Control Systems, procedures, and standards, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Support the execution of routine operational tasks and assist with technical troubleshooting under supervision.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute ideas for incremental improvements.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining production systems and infrastructure, escalating issues appropriately.
- Participate in team initiatives aimed at improving production performance and site KPIs.
- Help prepare and update documentation, SOPs, and basic reports to support operational processes.
- Provide support to more senior team members in project activities (e.g. data collection, testing, user training).
- Collaborate effectively with site teams and technical stakeholders, including escalating uncertainty or roadblocks.
- Work independently on defined tasks within agreed timelines and proactively seek feedback when needed.
- Ensure adherence to HUNGRY values.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related analytical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or data-driven role. Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a fast-paced production environment is a strong plus.
- Data Management & Analysis: Proven ability to extract, aggregate, and keep data updated across multiple system sources.
- Database & Spreadsheet Proficiency: Intermediate data analysis skills using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (e.g., managing tables, templates, and basic data manipulation).
- Root Cause Analysis: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze errors and trace them back to their root cause using raw database information.
- Reporting: Experience gathering data from varied sources to create clear weekly and monthly performance reports based on established templates.
- Process Adherence: Strict commitment to maintaining operations by following established organizational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and guidelines.
- Data Integrity & Confidentiality: High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, proper information flow to stakeholders, and the protection of confidential operational data.
- Adaptability & Collaboration: A proactive team player who communicates data issues early, collaborates effectively to support team goals, and comfortably adapts to changing business requirements.
