The successful applicant will have an established reputation in anatomy teaching, and a track record of research in the anatomical sciences or a related field. Context The Discipline of Anatomy teaches undergraduate students of Medicine, Dentistry, Human Health and Disease, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Speech and Language Studies, Neuroscience and Radiation Therapy. The preferred candidate will have a profile in research appropriate to career stage, with a view to publishing in international journals and obtaining funding to sustain a research group of postgraduate students. The preferred candidate will support the academic mission of the Discipline of Anatomy and participate in the wider academic life of the College, including committee membership and professional development activities. Key Requirements: A PhD and primary degree in anatomy or a related life science discipline, with postgraduate research experience and a publication record in peer-reviewed journals. Strong expertise in human anatomy, particularly musculoskeletal, head and neck, brain, and trunk anatomy. Experience delivering lectures and practical teaching, assessment design, marking, feedback, and use of learning management systems and blended learning methods. Evidence of research activity, publications, and potential to secure grant funding. Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills. Desirable experience includes cadaveric dissection, student and postgraduate supervision, educational innovation, pedagogical research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and research funding success. Post status: Tenure Track - This position is Tenure Track position which is 5-years in the first instance, permanency is subject to satisfying the tenure requirements.
