Requirements

  • Two to five years related experience
  • Must have international and national travel planning experience
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a professional office environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedules
  • Familiarity with corporate travel booking tools and expense systems
  • Comfort providing limited after-hours support when travel changes arise
