Responsibilities
- Teach and assess learners across a range of Counselling programmes, supporting learners studying introductory through to Level 3/4 qualifications (where applicable)

- Contribute to curriculum development and help create an inspiring, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements
- A qualified Counsellor, with a relevant qualification in counselling, psychotherapy or mental health and a minimum of 6 months post-qualifying practice experience.
- A supervision qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire learners through engaging, supportive, and reflective teaching
- Industry experience within Counselling, Mental Health Support, Therapeutic Services, Community Wellbeing, Social Care, or a related field, or experience supporting learners in education or training
- A commitment to inclusive teaching, learner wellbeing, and student success
- A Level 4 teaching qualification or above is welcomed - but if you don't have one yet, we'll support you to achieve it while you work
