Demand Supply Planner/Master Scheduler

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or technical field or equivalent experience
• Some worked experience in MPS and MRP Planning and Inventory management
• Good Analytical skill, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Familiarity with MRP (SAP) processes and proficiency with Microsoft office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI dashboard etc
• Working knowledge of computer software applications eg VBA programming language (eg. create Macro)

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Master Schedule to drive and co-ordinates the overall business strategic planning as part of the supply chain to manage the demand vs supply (Drive 8-12 Qs forward looking process). To present the overall business plan at the master schedule (MS) meeting. Participate and analyze forecast demand fluctuations and analyze its impact to customer's orders and material support Work closely with various key stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing operation, Finance, Logistics, etc to optimize the build plan, navigate the required actions from all teams & react quickly to the changes to achieve corporate revenue target & customer commitment. Execute and maintain accuracy of MRP loading and validation Develop and maintain key performance metrics
