About the role

Descriptions Staff Recruitment and termination (On boarding and off boarding) with all required documentation as per company procedures. HR benefits and compensation management. IR21, IR8A Maintain and upkeep P-file and HRIS system using infotech, payroll processing.Statutory survey - MOM, JTC, CPF, BCA, URA, etc. Other ad hoc duties as and when required. Job Requirements Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent. Preferable 1-2 years of Construction / Engineering / Marine industry background preferred. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Meticulous and some problem solving skills.Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to work under tight deadlines and take the pressure
