Responsibilities

Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree required (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Education or related field)
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience and Skills:
- Required:
- Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in commercial education, training, sales enablement, or related field
- Demonstrated experience leading global or large-scale education or capability-building programs
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and work across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Strong business acumen with the ability to use metrics and data to assess program effectiveness and inform decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience developing learning strategies, training curricula, and scalable learning solutions (e.g., digital, blended learning)
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across global stakeholders
- Preferred:
- Experience within MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences industry
- Background in clinical or product education for healthcare professionals
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience implementing learning technologies (e.g., LMS, digital learning platforms)
- Strong understanding of global markets and cultural considerations in training delivery
- Experience managing vendors or external education partners
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent

- Travel: Up to 25-40% (domestic and international)
- Certifications: Learning & Development or instructional design certifications preferred
