Additional Information
Role The Head of Marketing is responsible for building, scaling, and operating the marketing engine for the Advisory Practice. This is a high-volume, high-ticket acquisition environment where marketing is the front door to a multi-year client relationship. The role owns the full funnel, from first touch through qualified pipeline, with a focus on acquiring clients who retain, grow, and increase lifetime value. You lead both strategy and execution. You set direction, build systems, manage budget, and develop the team, while staying close enough to the work to make informed decisions on creative, media, and funnel performance. This role partners closely with sales and leadership to define the Ideal Client Profile, improve lead quality, and ensure marketing is aligned with long-term business outcomes, not just short-term volume.
