About the role
iCapital is seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join the Transactional Operations team, with a primary focus on investor services. Responsibilities
- Support high-profile fund managers and distributors by assisting their clients with account maintenance updates, white label movements, updated AML collection and updates.
- Deliver ongoing client support and liaise across internal groups and external administrators.
- Collaborate with the Technology team to optimize the user experience through enhancements to the company's proprietary technology platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in financial services, preferably within a fund administrator or client service role or the alternative investment industry
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player
- Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Interest or knowledge in technology
