Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of operating room sales experience (high school diploma required at minimum)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proven success in hospital-based selling within the operating room environment
  • Experience managing a large territory and complex customer relationships
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated mastery of core sales competencies:
  • Sales effectiveness and ownership of results
  • Product, clinical, and therapy knowledge
  • Business and marketplace insight
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the GTA and parts of Northern Ontario (minimal overnight travel required)
  • Residency within the territory or willingness to relocate; territory familiarity strongly preferred
