Our client, a well-established Singapore-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Real Estate) to drive growth initiatives and strengthen client engagement. In this pivotal role, you will identify new business opportunities, expand key relationships, and collaborate closely with the legal team to support the firm's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• 🔹 Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, with a focus on conveyancing and related real estate services.
• 🔹 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, banks, mortgage brokers, and real estate agents.
• 🔹 Represent the firm professionally and uphold its reputation in all client and stakeholder interactions.
• 🔹 Achieve and exceed business development and revenue targets.
• 🔹 Plan and implement strategies to grow the firm's client base and market presence.
• 🔹 Work closely with internal teams to align marketing and business development initiatives with the firm's goals.

Requirements

• ✔ Bachelor Degree or higher qualification.
• ✔ Strong interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality, and excellent communication abilities.
