- Manage post-acquisition development, financing, and commercial obligations and activities
- Communicate with other departments within the company including Development, Origination, Capital Markets, Engineering, and Accounting on transaction details as well as business planning and work processes
- Prepare presentations and analysis necessary to obtain internal investment committee and company Board approvals

Position Description Origis Energy is seeking an experienced M&A professional to lead and execute the company's utility scale solar and energy storage business growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and closing attractive project and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions. The position will serve as an integral leadership role as part of a high performing M&A team responsible for all aspects of profitable growth, expansion via mergers and acquisitions, and capital recycling. The role provides an opportunity to join a leading, vertically integrated renewable energy developer with an extensive portfolio of operating and under construction projects along with a growing pipeline of utility scale solar and energy storage projects.
