About the role
The Oracle Procurement Lead will be responsible for supporting and managing Oracle Procurement modules in a production environment. Responsibilities

- Required Experience:

- Strong experience in Oracle Procurement modules such as Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, and Sourcing.

- Experience supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes in a production environment.

- Proven experience providing L2/L3 production support and handling incident management.

- Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.

- Good understanding of Oracle ERP integrations and data flow between procurement and finance systems.

Requirements

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement modules.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware technologies.
- Understanding of procurement reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting using SQL.
- Experience in managing system enhancements, release cycles, and change management processes.
- ITIL knowledge or experience working in structured production support environments
