Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑end customer management and full responsibility for the customer P&L
  • Co‑creation of national business plans by integrating customer needs in close collaboration with Marketing and Customer Strategy & Planning (CSP)

  • Development, negotiation, and implementation of all promotional & assortment activities in collaboration with CSP, Shopper Marketing, and Digital Media & Commerce, including performance tracking
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Completed university degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management
  • Strong FMCG experience is required
  • Proven experience in strategic customer management, including negotiation responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of the market, retail, and competitive landscape
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills

JOB PURPOSE The Senior Key Account Manager for Personal Care / Beauty & Wellbeing is responsible for driving sustainable growth and profitability across key retail partners by shaping and executing customer‑centric strategies. In this role, you act as the primary business owner for your accounts, leading annual negotiations, developing joint business plans, and translating market, shopper, and customer insights into actionable opportunities. You collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams-Marketing, Customer Strategy & Planning, Supply Chain, and Business Operations-to ensure flawless execution, long‑term partnership development, and the delivery of strategic channel objectives. This position requires a strong commercial mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels while representing Unilever in the dynamic FMCG landscape.
