About the role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will work with the Sales team in Malaysia to achieve breakthrough growth with our existing / potential customers. This individual uses the tools and methods of Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to solve problems and implement process improvements to achieve key business objectives. Core Responsibilities: Responsible for the revenue achievement by engaging customers via telephone for sales. Replying queries to customers on offers and other details related to our products. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. Support reagent retention, regain, and expansion activities for key accounts. Work closely with field sales representatives to support account development strategy. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Execute Marketing activities (i.e. campaigns, promotions etc). Implementing daily analysis and driving Daily management/ visual management rhythms for booking and shipment receivables. Ensuring order shipment to customer by working together with finance and supply chain team. Own and manage funnel in SFDC for assigned territory. Securing payments from customers.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in inside sales, customer service, laboratory, industrial sales, or related industry.
- Chemical engineering / Chemistry background is a MUST.
- Knowledge of Water Quality products is a MUST.
- Experience in water, wastewater, municipal, environmental, laboratory, or industrial market will be an added advantage.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and action oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer focused and strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
