• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in the semiconductor industry
• Strong technical background with a degree in Engineering or a related field
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to quickly understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset and a customer-centric approach
