About the role

The Executive Secretary will assist the physician staff and clinic management team in activities of a clerical nature. She/he will promote and maintain good customer service within the department and with all personnel of CCHCS. She/he will support the physician staff/clinic management team in an organized and professional manner. This individual shall exhibit resourcefulness, independence and a positive work attitude. Education & Experience: High School graduate. Minimum 3 years' experience in related field. Office skilled in the area of reception, correspondence, communication and organization. Computer skilled (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.). This position will support multiple provides in the department.
