- RF Validation & Characterization
- Perform RF validation and characterization of BT/BLE transceivers
- Validate key RF parameters such as: Output power, sensitivity, PER/BER

- Support antenna tuning and integration validation
- Compliance & Certification
- Execute Bluetooth SIG qualification tests
- Support regulatory certifications (FCC, CE, TELEC, etc.)
- Maintain test reports and ensure audit readiness
- Collaboration & Documentation
- Work cross-functionally with global teams
- Generate validation reports, release summaries, and debug documentation
- Provide feedback to design teams for performance optimization
