Essential Responsibilities -Ensure that all operations are compliant with industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, CMS, and payer policies. -Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations. -Identify and implement process and workflow improvements and best practices to optimize the revenue cycle management. -Facilitate onboarding, training and provides feedback to associates. -Resolve any issues or escalations related to the revenue cycle management processes. -Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of the revenue cycle management goals and objectives. -Prepare and present reports on the revenue cycle management performance and progress Education Level Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree Experience Level Minimum of 1 year of experience Licenses and Certifications Not Specified
