Professional IT Application Expert - SAP QM (Quality Management)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP QM solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements across Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
• Act as functional lead for SAP QM initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and GMP/GxP standards
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and conduct workshops to align on system design and quality processes
• Configure and support core SAP QM processes including inspection planning, results recording, quality notifications, and CoA/CoC
• Own SAP QM integrations with LIMS, enabling automated data exchange, batch release, and issue resolution
• Drive testing, validation (CSV), and deployment activities to ensure audit‑ready solutions
• Provide 3rd-level support and contribute to continuous improvement of quality‑critical systems

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP QM within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA QM configuration and end-to-end quality processes
• Hands-on experience with LIMS integrations and SAP integration technologies (IDoc, APIs, middleware)
• Solid understanding of GMP/GxP standards, validation (CSV), and audit readiness
• Cross-functional knowledge of SAP PP and MM modules and their interaction with quality processes
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced education or certifications in SAP or IT consulting are advantageous.
