Responsibilities

- Identify, locate, and prepare tools and equipment required for calibration or certification processes.

- Assist in tracking tool movement and inventory status.
- Maintain tool availability to support training schedules and operational requirements.
- Logistics & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with CSCM teams regarding calibration schedules, material requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Support communication with warehouse and logistics personnel for material movements.
- Arrange loading and unloading support for transportation activities when required.
- Communicate with external logistics service providers regarding shipment requirements, schedules, dimensions, and support arrangements.
- Inventory & Material Management
- Support spare part ordering and material replenishment activities.
- Verify material confirmations and order status updates.
- Track borrowed materials and ensure timely return.
- Follow up on material availability and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to minimize training impact.
- Assist in locating and preparing materials for operational use.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain operational tracking files and control tables.
