Responsibilities

Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience, ideally within a management consulting environment or in a highly analytical, project-based role
- Experience solving problems related to business process optimization, workforce/labor analytics, or operational performance improvement
- Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems and develop structured, data-driven solutions
- Experience building quantitative models (e.g., cost, capacity, productivity, or ROI analyses)
- Exposure to or experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics applied to business processes (e.g., workflow automation, decision support tools, GenAI use cases)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in a client-facing, fast-paced consulting environment
- Preferred:
- Prior experience at a consulting firm
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (applied in a business context)
- Experience contributing to proposals, workplans, or client presentations
