[What the role is] Deputy Director, Land Titles Registry Assist the Registrar of Titles and Deeds and the Director, Land Titles Registry to: - Administer the Land Titles Act 1993 and the Land Titles (Strata) Act 1967. - Review, formulate and implement legislation and policies. - Supervise the operations of the Land Titles Registry to ensure timely and accurate registration of property transactions, including providing policy guidance on operational issues. - Lead and run legislative and strategic projects to uphold a pro-business, modern and effective land registration and public search system. - Provide guidance and coaching to staff to support them in their professional development. - Engage and deal with internal and external stakeholders in the operations of the Land Titles Registry.
