Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience with asset support in a supervisor or leadership role
  • Education or background in asset management.
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks and track to completion.
  • Understanding of procurement systems and their utilization in acquiring capital.
  • Experience in system administration and control, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting and or a Computerized Maintenance Management system such as Maximo, Tririga or EAMs.
  • Certified Reliability Professional
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Finance/Computer Science or other related fields of study.
  • PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
  • NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Day shift with occasional after hours or weekend response required.
  • Periodic travel may be required in support of Global Workplace Solutions & Services business needs.
  • Respond to the site in support of business continuity, emergency response and off-shift schedules periodically.

ROLE SUMMARY The Asset Lifecycle Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of physical assets to maximize value, performance, and longevity while managing risk and cost. This role ensures assets are planned, acquired, operated, maintained, optimized, and disposed of in alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals. Acting as a bridge between operations, finance, and strategy, the Asset Lifecycle Manager uses data-driven insights to support capital planning, improve asset performance, and enable informed decision-making throughout the asset lifecycle. This role controls CMMS access, oversees system governance, and ensures data integrity through defined standards and processes. The Asset Lifecycle Manager reviews and defines training requirements, provides on-the-job training (OJT), and represents the site on multi-site or global teams to drive alignment and consistency in asset and system management practices. Responsible for managing all onsite and external warehousing and storage activities, including inventory control, transportation coordination, recall management, cleanliness, and overall warehouse operations, to support reliable asset availability and lifecycle performance.
