Responsibilities

  • Set the Learning Strategy : Develop and execute scalable learning and documentation strategies that support enterprise transformation, global deployment readiness, adoption, and sustained performance.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in training, education, business, or a related field required; relevant equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach talent, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and project management skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with global teams.
  • Systems: Experience using Microsoft 365 , screen capture and recording tools such as Snagit or Camtasia, learning development tools, and content production technologies. Familiarity with ERP systems, Oracle, and AI tools is a strong plus.
