Responsibilities
- Support schedule development and maintenance in alignment with enterprise scheduling standards and Work Breakdown Structure.
- Update and revise schedules as projects progress, incorporating earned-value data and other construction tracking information under direction.
- Assist in interpreting schedule performance and communicate basic issues to the Project Manager, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Develop basic schedule performance indicators and provide input for reporting under supervision. This includes preparing "what-if" schedules and identify critical path elements with guidance from senior team members.
- Coordinate with project team stakeholders to collect required information for accurate schedule updates.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in related field such as business, engineering, or construction.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience. Note a combination of education and experience will be considered. Without a degree, you are required to have 5 years of experience.
- Aptitude and communications skills related to acting independently as a senior logistics/scheduling professional
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize workload in a fast paced and dynamic environment and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Effective interpersonal skills for successfully build relationships with employees, internal partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Knowledge of Primavera, P6 software.
- Working Conditions:
- Office environment.
