Lab Technician-PSA/RLC

About the role

Provide laboratory support by performing routine experiments, sample prepa-ration, materials evaluation, and data documentation. The role focuses on independent execution of standard laboratory tasks, supporting product de-velopment, applications evaluation, innovation projects, and laboratory op-erations under general supervision in a safe manner. Responsibilities Include: Perform routine laboratory experiments and sample preparation under general supervision to support product development and application evaluation. Independently handle lab sample characterization request submission, following standard procedures. Record all experimental data and observations in accordance with CTC lab notebook guidelines. Provide charts, graphs and written summaries of experimental results to R&D scientists. Maintain safe laboratory operations and support 5S and EHS compliance. Provide other lab administrative services, such as support to procurement orders. Other tasks assigned by the manager. Requirements

• The following are required for the role
• B.S./B. Tech or Diploma in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong attention to detail, high initiative, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic reading and written capability in English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Console operations.
• Master's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of laboratory experience. Experience working with polymers, silicones, or coatings is a plus.
• Ability to organize information and communicate effectively within team in English.
