About the role
Lead for Apple TV to help drive the next phase of subscription growth for the Apple TV business. Responsibilities
- Track actual performance versus forecast, identify reasons for discrepancies and produce insights meant to help accelerate growth across key business initiatives.
- Have a strong command of full funnel metrics across acquisition, engagement and retention, including Paid Media channels, spend efficiencies, and title performance.
- Work cross functionally with the Data Science and Analytics teams as well as Acquisition and Retention to understand drivers of said performance on a weekly cadence.
- Roadmap future data and insight needs and work cross functionally to execute.
Requirements
- Experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of management.
- Deep understanding of the streaming industry landscape, with specific experience in bundle strategies strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and embrace change and ambiguity.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a proactive approach to solving problems and anticipating executive needs.
- Able to build strategic, long-term relationships at all levels.
- Brings energy, creativity, and passion for fostering team culture, inclusion, and belonging.
- Comfortable flexing between strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational needs.
- At least 7 years of relevant digital marketing experience with a strong analytical background.
- Have a deep understanding of consumer marketing and media.
- Expertise in marketing attribution modeling and measurement across owned, paid and earned channels.
- Experience in driving multi-channel campaigns and budget management across cross-functional teams.
- You excel at marketing analytics and crafting insights to drive successful campaigns.
- You excel in data visualization and presentation skills, especially for an executive audience.
- You foster and maintain positive relationship management abilities and demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills.
- You have strong presentation skills and experience with crafting Keynote presentations.
- Strong project management experience is a requirement.
- You are a results-oriented self-starter that is self-sufficient, and a highly motivated individual with a team-first mentality.
