Requirements
- Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with extensive engineering leadership experience in high-hazard industries (oil and gas, chemicals, energy, or similar)
- Proven expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM) and hazard identification techniques including HAZOP, LOPA, and FMEA, with demonstrated ability to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings
- Extensive experience in COMAH compliance, regulatory engagement with HSE, and managing Safety Critical Equipment with strong knowledge of safety legislation (DSEAR, PUWER, LOLER, PSSR)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience issuing work permits, writing RAMS and procedures, and managing multidisciplinary teams and external contractors in a 7-day operating environment
