- Leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions to improve insight, efficiency, and repeatability across partnering and delivery activities.
- Deputize APAC Total Rewards Partners as required, providing coverage and advisory support while maintaining governance discipline.
Requirements
- Strong partnering, internal consulting, and influencing skills in a matrixed, global environment
- Proven PMO, planning, and execution capability, able to structure, prioritize, and drive parallel activities
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear tools, frameworks, and guidance (e.g. templates, playbooks, PowerPoint materials)
- Solid analytical and data‑handling skills (including Excel) to support repeatable partnering requests and decision‑making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support HR and leaders in business‑driven contexts
