About the role
The Scheduler is responsible for integrating Surveillance Testing, Preventive Maintenance, Repetitive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Other Maintenance activities. The role may be assigned to outages or online in their respective discipline (Mechanical/Welding, Electrical, I&C, etc.). Key responsibilities for Online Scheduling include: Develop fragnets for Technical Specification Outages (TSO), Risk Significant equipment outages, and other Functional Equipment Group (FEG) outages as designated by the Cycle Manager or Work Week Manager. Maintain the schedule throughout the T-Week process. Sequence jobs/tasks through logic ties and assign Schedule Grades. Bundle work by FEG for efficiency. Normalize resource assignments based on availability and priority of work. Maintain the integrity of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program through proper scheduling. Attend T-Week meetings to support sequencing activities and resolution of scheduling issues. All Callaway positions assume Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duties in accordance with Callaway Energy Center Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP), including responding to assigned ERO facilities within the required RERP response time.

- Candidate must meet one of the following (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of directly relevant experience OR
- Associate's Degree and 4 years of directly relevant experience OR
- High School Diploma and 6 years of directly relevant experience.
- Senior Scheduler
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of directly relevant experience OR
- Associate's Degree and 7 years of directly relevant experience OR
- High School Diploma and 9 years of directly relevant experience.
- Directly relevant experience above includes maintenance scheduling/planning, project scheduling, maintenance, operations, engineering, work management, etc. in a power plant environment or equivalent military, heavy industrial or manufacturing environment).
- Maintenance scheduling experience is preferred. Nuclear power plant experience is preferred.

- The Scheduler works a standard day shift in an office/plant environment. Callouts and working rotating or Outage schedules may be required to support plant operations.

- Compensation Range:
- $84,400.00 - $162,900.00
- This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials.
