About the role

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, DOE. *2 vacancies available* Hours: 37.5 per week - 12 Month FTC Reports to: Business Systems Manager and Data Engineer Location: Harlow, Essex. About the role: As a key member of the SCRUM team delivering the Eric Bana programme-our new enterprise Microsoft technology platform-you will take ownership of defined development work across Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, Power Pages, Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic, business‑critical components of our digital transformation. You will be responsible for developing production‑ready features, supporting complex integrations, and contributing to our engineering standards, data modelling approach, and platform governance. This position is ideal for an ambitious early‑career developer seeking accelerated growth in a modern, enterprise‑grade Microsoft ecosystem What you will be doing: Platform Development and Configuration Assist in the development, customisation, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins. Support the creation of Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model‑Driven) used across internal teams. Contribute to the development of Power Pages for external‑facing or partner‑facing components of the solution. Build and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline business processes. Data, Reporting and Integration Support data modelling, transformation, and pipeline work using Microsoft Fabric and Dataflows. Assist with building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and meaningful visualisation. Collaborate with the Data Engineer on data quality, cleansing, mapping, and migration activities. SCRUM Delivery Support Participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retros. Work closely with the Associate Power Platform Developer to learn best practices and support backlog delivery. Ensure development work is completed to standards, properly documented, and deployable across environments. Contribute to testing cycles (functional, integration, and user acceptance). Collaboration and Coordination Work cross‑functionally with the SCRUM Lead, Business Systems Manager, Data Engineer, and external partners (ANS). Support coordination of tasks, dependencies, and technical workstreams where required. Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, release notes, and knowledge articles. Your experience: Must haves: Foundational knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Understanding of relational data modelling and basic data transformation concepts. Ability to write simple scripts or expressions (Power Fx, JavaScript, SQL, or equivalent). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration or development. Familiarity with Power Pages or web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). Awareness of Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, or other modern data engineering tools. Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly. Good communication skills, with ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary SCRUM environment. Nice to haves: Previous exposure to Agile/SCRUM delivery methods.
