What will you do: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment Maintain a welcoming, safe, ergonomic, and sustainable office for employees and guests Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including contract coordination Support budget control by reviewing office-related invoices and expenses in line with internal procedures Organise corporate events, team activities, and internal meetings Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping Maintain office communication channels (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) and support internal communications Ensure compliance with workplace safety and fire safety regulations Provide daily administrative support to Management, HR, and Finance teams What we´re looking for: Higher education (completed or in progress), preferably in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role in a corporate environment Experience in managing office operations and working with external suppliers Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking skills with attention to detail Customer-focused mindset and a strong sense of ownership and accountability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to solve problems, prioritise tasks, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information Familiarity with workplace safety requirements (including Fire Safety) is an advantage Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint); Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Workday, or Canva is a plus Fluent in Latvian and English
