This partner role offers a total compensation range of $250,000 - $1,500,000+ annually. Compensation is highly variable and based on a combination of factors including individual book of business, client originations, collections, and overall contribution to firm profitability.For candidates with an existing portable book of business, compensation will be structured to reflect historical performance and future growth potential.
