Senior Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

About the role

We're looking for a Technical Specialist to be the hands-on technical leader on the production floor - driving machine performance, leading preventive maintenance, and partnering with Engineers and SMEs to resolve deviations and deliver continuous improvement. This is a permanent, full-time role on a rotational 12-hour shift .

Responsibilities

• Execute and lead production output and machine enhancement initiatives
• Manage preventive maintenance programmes effectively across assigned equipment
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machines and equipment to meet production, quality, and waste targets
• Facilitate meetings with Engineers and SMEs to determine root cause of deviations
• Ensure successful manufacturing activities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Systems
• Support project execution and accountability on production waste and quality

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in an Engineering field
• 2-5 years' hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of machines and equipment
• Experience with automated machines (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, Delta V) - an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings ; use of AutoCAD / Autodesk Inventor - an advantage
• Willing to work overtime if required and flexible to switch between Day and Night shifts based on production needs
• Shift Commitment
• Rotational 12-hour shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (3/4/4/3 pattern)
